Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of the cut and bent rebar, all sales are considered final. However, we aim to support your project's success and address any issues related to our products:

Incorrect Product: If the product delivered does not match your order specifications, please contact us within five business days of receipt, and we will arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you ASAP at no additional cost.
- Product Defects: In the rare event you receive a product with manufacturing defects, please report the issue to us within five business days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or a repair as necessary.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Attach photographic evidence if applicable.
Processing Returns
Upon receiving your return request, we will:

- Arrange for any necessary pick-up or additional deliveries.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

- Damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
